While my companions and I don't usually order food from here, we found that the preparation time varied depending on how busy the restaurant was. I believe it's crucial for Cotton Grill to ensure that their staff are well-informed and trained to provide seamless service to customers. This includes updating schedules on platforms like Google Maps and providing clear instructions for order pickups. While the food quality and speed of service have generally been commendable, consistency is key to maintaining a positive dining experience. Despite the recent hiccup, I still recommend giving Cotton Grill a try, particularly during quieter times, for a taste of authentic American cuisine. However, improvements in communication and customer service are necessary to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patrons. Very busy so go before 1:30, Food is very nice but salads are mainly lettuce, and expensive.

It's like a taste of TGI's cooked with more love, I had half rack of ribs. The portion is bigger and better nice a meaty. Drink menu a bit plain but the option to spice things up with some desserts is there

The burger was delicious to be honest, the service was great and fast. Appreciate the English menu also! But it was a bit strange that I ordered an oven potato with sour cream, and I got oven potato with absolutely nothing on it except for little amount of cream! No spices on top ..like it was just cooked and served! I am not complaining though, but at least abit of spices would’ve been appreciated to make it a better tasty oven potato The price is also abit high! I felt it’s overpriced for the amount of food!
